One of a tender projects that I did when I was still working in PT. Arcrea Citra Selaras. The tender was a design and build tender for a marketing gallery and showflats in one of Jakarta’s busiest business district, Kuningan. The project comprised of designing a marketing office, and 2 show units; a studio unit and a 2 bedroom unit.

The show unit was intended to be a promotional tool that appeal to Millenials especially those who work in the business district around the site. To achieve that goal, the interior design needs to reflect the polished urban lifestyle of the business district. The styling was sleek and sophisticated, rich of textures, yet still casual enough to attract young families.

As the first design and built tender that I handled, the initial challenge that I faced was to collaborate well with the whole team so we can submit design and quotation in 2 weeks period of time. After winning the tender, the challenge became working tightly together with client’s in-house designer to fine tune the design and supervise the construction.
