This unit is located on BSD Serpong, a fast developing area surrounded with universities, multinational companies and future silicon valley hub of Indonesia. Realising the potential of this location, the owners wanted to turn this unit into a rental for office workers or university students. The owners preferred the design to appeal to ladies. Bright and airy theme became the first choice on creating a spacious room and soften the interior features.
